Could someone lay out the corporate tax rules?
My child lives in Dubai, so I'm thinking about setting up a small company there. There's no comparing it to Korean tax law and I can't make sense of it. I half-heard that big companies are on a different rate. Is that right, and how do you go about confirming it?

법인세 기준 정리 좀 부탁드립니다
자녀가 두바이에 거주하고 있어서 현지에서 작은 법인을 생각 중입니다. 한국 세법이랑 비교가 안 돼서 정리가 안 되네요. 큰 회사는 세율이 다르다는 얘기를 얼핏 들었는데 맞는지, 어떤 절차로 확인하는지 궁금합니다.
