Is finding a place in Dubai different now than last year?
My company will only cover part of the moving costs — has the housing-hunting scene changed much between last year and now? I haven't arrived yet so I have no feel for it :(

두바이 정착 준비 중인데, 회사가 이사 지원을 일부만 해준대서 집 구하는 게 고민이에요.
두바이 길거리에서 찍은 사진인데, 낙타 조형물이랑 건물들이 보이네요. 작년이랑 지금이랑 집 구하기 분위기나 시세가 많이 달라졌을까요? 아직 도착 전이라 감이 없어서 ㅠ
