When buying property, is the DLD fee a tax you pay every year?
I'm looking into buying an apartment for the first time and I heard about the DLD fee, but I'm confused about whether it's an annual tax or a one-time payment at purchase. Everyone I ask explains it slightly differently — does anyone know for sure?

부동산 살 때 DLD 수수료도 매년 내는 세금인가요
이번에 처음으로 아파트 매매를 알아보다가 DLD 수수료 얘기를 들었는데 이게 매년 나가는 세금 개념인지 살 때 한 번만 내는 건지 헷갈려요.
주변에 물어봐도 다들 설명이 조금씩 달라서 정확히 아시는 분 계신가요.
