Is it okay for the renewal notice to come this late?
I'm the head of a family of four, renting in Dubai for the second year. The renewal is coming up but I still haven't had any notice from the landlord, so I'm worried about how to find out whether there'll be an increase. I'm looking into a mortgage at the same time, which makes it even more complicated.

임대료 갱신 통보를 이렇게 늦게 받아도 되는건가요
두바이에서 2년째 렌트로 살고 있는 4인 가족 가장입니다. 갱신 시기가 다가오는데 집주인한테 아직 별다른 통보를 못 받아서 인상 여부를 어떻게 확인해야 할지 걱정입니다. 대출도 같이 알아보고 있어서 겹치니 더 복잡하네요.
