If a contract dispute goes all the way to litigation, how do you get by in the meantime?
I recently had a dispute with my company over pay and I'm looking into the labour process. If it formally gets referred, how long does it take to reach a conclusion, and how does everyone manage to live in the meantime? Curious to hear people's experiences.
