Bringing a dog over — is the antibody test really required?
I want to bring one dog with me, but some sources say the antibody titer test is mandatory and others say it's waived if you're coming from an exempt country, so I'm confused. Does anyone know what the rule is when bringing a dog from Korea?

반려견 데려오는데 항체검사 꼭 해야하나요
강아지 한 마리 데리고 오려고 하는데 어디서는 항체가 검사가 필수라고 하고 어디서는 면제국이면 안 해도 된다고 해서 헷갈려요.
한국에서 데려오는 경우 기준이 어떻게 되는지 아시는 분 계신가요.
