I thought the antibody titer test was mandatory for everyone bringing a dog
I'm preparing to come to Dubai with my dog, and since everyone says you have to start the antibody titer test months in advance, I assumed that applied to me too. But I vaguely heard somewhere that certain countries are exempt, so I'm curious whether our case qualifies.

반려견 데려올때 항체가검사 무조건 다 해야하는 줄 알았는데
이번에 강아지 데리고 두바이로 오려고 준비 중인데, 다들 항체가검사 몇 달 전부터 준비해야 한다길래 저도 그런 줄 알았어요.
근데 어디서 특정 국가는 면제된다는 얘기를 얼핏 들어서 저희 경우는 해당되는지 궁금합니다.
