Marina vs JVC — which is better for those who've lived in both?
My lease is up for renewal, so I'm thinking of changing neighborhoods entirely. Marina and JVC are both candidates, and I'd really appreciate it if people who've lived there could share the pros and cons. My commute is over toward Business Bay.
