Studying abroad and got two company-setup quotes — is a gap this size okay?
I'm in my 20s and preparing to study in Dubai. After talking it over with my parents I also want to open a small company, and the two quotes I got differ quite a lot in price. The items included seem quite different — could someone tell me whether a gap this size is normal? I still don't know the local situation well, so it's hard to set a benchmark.

저는 20대이고 두바이 유학 준비 중입니다.
부모님과 상의해서 작은 회사도 하나 열어보려고 하는데, 견적을 두 곳에서 받아보니 금액 차이가 꽤 커서요.
포함된 항목이 많이 다른 것 같은데, 이 정도 차이가 일반적인지 판단해 주실 수 있나요?
아직 현지 상황을 잘 몰라서 기준을 잡기가 어렵습니다.
