Is the mood a bit different now than last year?

I've been looking into moving assets over and I have a final decision coming up around next month. I'm posting to ask whether the local practitioners and the general mood are much different now compared to when I looked last year. Rather than exact terms, I'd like to hear about the day-to-day feel you're getting now, or the difference in tone when you sit down for a consultation.
