What's exchanging a driver's license in Dubai like?
I have a posting coming up and I'm going to Dubai with my spouse. I need to explain the costs and process to my parents, but all I've vaguely heard is that you can exchange a Korean license for a Dubai one. People also say the eye test fee can vary more than expected, so I can't put it together. I'd be grateful if you could tell me what the process is and what documents I need to prepare.
