Why does the developer's consent letter take so long when reselling?
I found a buyer but we keep getting delayed at the step of getting the developer's NOC. I submitted everything and they say the issuing department is still just verifying. I'm curious whether it took everyone this long at this stage.

매수인 구했는데 개발사 NOC 받는 절차에서 계속 지연되고 있습니다.
서류는 다 냈는데 발급 담당 부서에서 계속 확인만 하고 있다고 하네요.
다들 이 단계에서 이 정도로 오래 걸리셨는지 궁금합니다.
