Could someone lay out the requirements for setting up a company in Dubai?
I've been running a small company in Korea and I'm also considering Dubai. I'm not at the contract stage yet and I'd be there on a company posting with my family, so if there's any useful information I'd appreciate it being laid out. I can't really compare it to how things work in Korea so I'm lost. If anyone knows anything from the mainland vs free zone difference through to the actual process, please share.
