That clause isn't in my tenancy contract... anyone living in Dubai??
Hello. I have a posting to Dubai next month and my spouse is coming with me. I've been looking for a place and received a draft tenancy contract. But a clause I once saw online isn't in it. In Korea it's normally included — is that just how it is in Dubai? I don't know whether it's taken for granted even when not written in the contract, or whether it's been left out. I'd be grateful to hear from anyone with experience.

안녕하세요. 다음 달에 두바이로 주재원 발령이 나서 배우자랑 같이 갑니다. 집을 알아보고 있는데, 임대차 계약서 초안을 받았어요. 그런데 예전에 인터넷에서 봤던 어떤 항목이 안 보이네요. 한국에서는 통상 들어가는 건데, 두바이는 원래 그런 건가요? 계약서에 안 적혀 있어도 당연한 건지, 아니면 빠진 건지 모르겠어서요. 경험 있으신 분들 이야기 좀 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
