Is the rental market feeling different now from last year?
Hello. My kid is in middle school so I'm weighing up when to move back, but the information out there is so split that I can't decide. Posts from last year and posts from now differ subtly, so I'm curious whether rents or the housing situation in Dubai have actually changed compared to last year. Rather than exact figures, I'd like to hear how it feels to people actually living there.
