Beyond the rent itself, are there costs in finding a place that add up more than you'd expect?
I've been looking into moving to Dubai / staying there long term lately. My situation is closest to 'weighing business expansion and a change of residence at the same time'. Beyond the rent itself, are there costs in finding a place that add up more than you'd expect? Especially if there's something first-timers tend to miss, please tell me.
