Is the antibody titre test not waived if you come from Korea?
I want to bring my pet to Dubai and I saw a post saying some countries are exempt from the antibody titre test. I'm curious whether that applies when departing from Korea, and if not, when I should start preparing for the test.

한국에서 출발하는 경우도 해당되는지 궁금하고, 안된다면 검사는 언제부터 준비해야 하는지도 알고 싶습니다.
