Could someone help me compare offer A and offer B?
I'm thinking of moving to Dubai for work around next month and I've received offers from two companies. A's package is similar to what I was getting in Korea, and B has a lower base salary but some school support. My child is in 5th grade so the transfer timing matters and I can't put the decision off. I vaguely heard there's unemployment insurance, but apparently the terms differ by offer. How should I compare them?

다음 달쯤 두바이로 이직을 생각 중인데 회사 두 곳에서 오퍼를 받았어요.
A는 패키지가 한국에서 받던 것과 비슷하고 B는 기본급은 낮은데 학교 지원이 좀 된다고 해요.
아이가 5학년이라 전학 시기가 걸려서 결정을 못 미루겠습니다.
실업보험이 있다는 얘기를 얼핏 들었는데 오퍼마다 기준이 다르다 하더라고요.
어떻게 비교하면 될까요?
