An office with no deposit, rent only — is that realistic?
Hi. I'm in my 30s and preparing to start a small business in Dubai.
I also have Korean tax issues on top of that, so I need to set a budget first, and I've heard all sorts of different things about commercial lease terms, so I'm posting.
The terms I saw were rent only with no deposit — I'd like people with experience to tell me whether that's actually a realistic arrangement.
I'm asking because I hear residential and commercial are very different.

안녕하세요. 30대이고 두바이에서 작은 사업을 준비 중입니다.
한국 세무 문제까지 겹쳐서 예산을 먼저 잡아야 하는데, 사업장 임대 조건에 대해 들은 게 제각각이라 글 올립니다.
제가 본 조건은 보증금 없이 월세만 내는 형태인데, 이게 실제로 가능한 조건인지 경험 있으신 분들 판단 부탁드립니다.
주거용이랑 사업용이 많이 다르다고 해서 여쭤봅니다.
