Can a couple settle in if only one of them speaks good English?
I'm an office worker getting ready for retirement and I'm looking into moving to Dubai. Can a couple settle in if only one of them speaks good English? When I search, the information is all over the place and I can't get a feel for it. For those of you who've actually lived there or done similar prep, I'm curious what you checked first.
