Marina studio vs JVC studio, and the allowance isn't in the contract
I've finished job hunting and I'm heading to Dubai, and I'm looking for a place. I'm comparing a studio in Marina and one in JVC. The company says they'll cover part of the housing cost but I can't see that item in the contract. Is that just not written into contracts normally? And which area is the better choice?

마리나 원룸이랑 JVC 원룸 두 곳 비교 중인데, 회사에서 주거비 일부를 지원해준다면서 계약서에 그 항목이 안 보여요.
원래 계약서에 그런 거 안 쓰나요?
