What's a normal agent commission when signing a rental contract?
I'm about to sign an apartment rental contract for the first time and I have no sense of whether the commission the agent is quoting is reasonable. I'm also wondering whether it's negotiable, and I'd like to know if there are parts of the contract that are easy to miss.
