Is it different now vs last year? A clause is missing from my company setup contract
Hello. I'm preparing to set up a company as I move my assets over and settle in Dubai. I'd been working off materials I got last year, and now I've received a draft contract where a clause I used to see is missing. I can't tell whether things have changed since last year or whether I've simply been sent the wrong contract template. If anyone has gone through the process recently, I'd be grateful if you'd share what's changed.

안녕하세요. 자산 이전 겸 두바이에 정착하려고 법인 설립을 준비하고 있습니다. 작년에 받은 자료로만 알아보다가 요즘 계약서 초안을 받았는데, 예전에 보던 항목이 안 보여서요. 작년이랑 지금이랑 다른 건지, 아니면 제가 계약서 양식만 잘못 받은 건지 감이 안 잡힙니다. 혹시 최근에 절차 진행해보신 분들 계시면 어떻게 바뀌었는지 공유해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
