Can foreigners hold 100% of a mainland company too?
I'm looking into ownership structures while preparing my business, and since I've heard that a local partner used to be mandatory, I'm not sure whether that's still the case. If anyone with experience could tell me whether that restriction still exists, I'd be grateful.

사업을 준비하면서 지분 구조를 알아보고 있는데 예전에는 로컬 파트너가 꼭 필요했다는 얘기를 들어서 지금도 그런지 헷갈립니다.
