Are electricity and water normally not written into the contract?
I've been living in Dubai for a while, and going back over my housing contract this time I don't see anything at all about electricity or water. Is that just not written into contracts here? I'm wondering whether the landlord handles it separately.

전기·수도 항목 원래 안 적나요?
두바이에 거주한 지 좀 됐는데, 이번에 집 계약서를 다시 보다가 전기·수도 관련 항목이 아예 안 보이네요. 원래 여기서는 그런 걸 계약서에 안 적나요? 집주인이 따로 처리해 주는 건지 궁금합니다.
