People say finding a place in Dubai is totally different now vs last year — is that true??
An acquaintance who moved here before me said that when he signed a lease last year there was plenty of room to negotiate, but the mood has changed lately. I'm still job hunting so I haven't settled on a place yet, and I'm curious what house hunting is actually like these days. Is it very different from last year?

먼저 온 지인이 작년에 집 계약할 때는 여유 있었는데 요즘은 분위기가 좀 달라졌다고 하더라고요. 저는 취업 준비 중이라 아직 거처를 못 정했는데, 실제로 요즘 집 구하는 거 어떤지 궁금합니다. 작년이랑 지금이랑 많이 다른가요?
