Wow, house hunting here caught me off guard
Haven't been in Dubai long but house hunting has made me realise a few things lol
First time I signed a contract I did it sloppily and got burned on the deposit, so this time I want to actually check things.
Anyone want to tell me what to definitely look at when viewing places, or what the neighbourhoods feel like?

와 여기 집 보러 다니다가 좀 놀랐네
두바이에 온 지 아직 얼마 안 됐는데, 요즘 집 보러 다니면서 이것저것 느끼는 게 많네요. ㅋㅋ
사진처럼 건물들이 빽빽하고, 저 멀리 강이랑 해 뜨고 지는 모습이 꽤 멋있어요.
전에 계약할 때 너무 대충 했다가 보증금 쪽에서 크게 데인 적 있어서 이번에는 정말 꼼꼼하게 확인하고 싶어요. 혹시 집 보러 다닐 때 꼭 봐야 하는 거나 동네 분위기 같은 정보 알려주실 분 계실까요? 선배님들의 조언 부탁드립니다!
