How much extra do the registration costs come to on a Dubai mortgage?
I'm looking to buy a place with a mortgage and I've heard there are all sorts of extra costs on top of the purchase price. There are a lot of unfamiliar line items like title deed fees and so on, so I have no sense of what the rough total comes to, and I heard that even if you pay the full balance before handover there's still something else to check, so I'm curious about that too.

이번에 대출 끼고 집 사려고 하는데 매매가 말고도 이런저런 비용이 더 붙는다는 얘기를 들었습니다.
권리증이니 뭐니 이름도 생소한 항목들이 많아서 대충이라도 총액이 얼마나 나오는지 감이 안 잡히고, 준공 전에 잔금 다 내도 뭔가 더 확인할 게 있다고 해서 그것도 궁금합니다.
