Did the math on a retirement living budget and got a bit of a shock
I'm considering settling in Dubai after retirement. I need to set a budget first, so I want to compare annual rent and housing costs in Mirdif versus Downtown. What people around me say is all over the place and I have no feel for it. I also vaguely heard that the housing fee is added to the DEWA bill — I'm curious how it's calculated.

은퇴 후 거주 예산 계산해보고 좀 놀랐습니다
은퇴 후 두바이 정착을 검토하고 있습니다.
예산을 먼저 잡아야 해서 미르디프와 다운타운 쪽 연간 임대료와 주거비를 비교해보려고 합니다.
주변에서 하는 말이 제각각이라 감이 안 오고, 주거세가 DEWA 고지서에 붙는다는 얘기도 얼핏 들은 것 같은데 계산 방식이 궁금하네요.
