Does a mortgage still count for a Golden Visa through Dubai property?
I own a place in Korea and I'm looking into buying one in Dubai as well. Paying all cash is too much, so I'd probably need a mortgage — I'm wondering whether buying that way still meets the Golden Visa criteria. I also heard something about Korean taxes changing, so I'm asking about that too.
