Why is the Dubai electricity and water bill broken into so many line items?
I got my first bill and it's split into several line items and I can't tell what's what. There seem to be extra charges on top of the base rate, and I'm wondering whether it's all being billed correctly and whether it's normal for it to be split up like this.

두바이 전기수도세 청구서 항목이 왜이렇게 복잡한가요
이번에 첫 청구서를 받았는데 항목이 여러개로 나뉘어있어서 뭐가 뭔지 잘 모르겠습니다. 기본 요금 말고도 추가로 붙는 항목들이 있는것 같은데 이게 다 정상적으로 청구되는건지, 원래 이렇게 여러 항목으로 나뉘는게 맞는건지 궁금합니다.
