If you buy property in Dubai, can foreigners buy anywhere as long as it's a freehold area?
I'm considering buying property in Dubai and I'm curious exactly what a 'freehold area' means, and whether there are specific areas where foreigners get 100% ownership. I already own a home in Korea and I'd be buying here too, so I'm also worried about the tax side.

두바이에서 부동산 사면 외국인도 프리홀드 지역이면 다 살수있나요
두바이 부동산 매입을 고려하고 있는데 프리홀드 지역이라는게 정확히 뭔지, 외국인도 소유권 100% 인정되는 지역이 따로 있는건지 궁금합니다. 한국에 집 한채 있는 상태에서 여기서도 사는거라 세금 문제도 같이 걱정됩니다.
