3 months in Dubai — is this end-of-service calculation right?
yeah so I've been in Dubai 3 months and I'm working. Last year in Korea I miscalculated my severance and got shortchanged, so this time I want to be sure. Looking at my contract, the basic salary and the allowances are listed separately, and I hear the calculation method differs by length-of-service bracket when you leave — anyone know what basis it actually accrues on? For the record I'm not planning to leave yet, I just want to have it straight in advance.

두바이 3개월차인데 퇴직금 계산 이거 맞아?
ㅇㅇ 나 두바이 온 지 3개월 됐고 회사 다니는 중임 작년에 한국에서 퇴직금 계산 잘못해서 덜 받은 적 있어서 이번엔 확실히 하려고 계약서 보니까 기본급이랑 수당이 따로 나눠져 있는데, 퇴직할 때 근속 기간 구간별로 계산 방식이 다르다던데 실제로 어떤 기준으로 쌓이는지 아는 사람? 참고로 아직 퇴직 예정은 아니고 그냥 미리 정리해두려고
