First time hiring a housemaid — do I have to go through an agency?
I'm about to have my second child so I'm hiring a housemaid for the first time. Everyone around me says they went through an agency so I figured I should too, but I've also heard of people hiring directly through a referral, so I don't know which is right.

가사도우미 처음 쓰는데 에이전시 통해야만 하나요
곧 둘째 출산을 앞두고 있어서 가사도우미를 처음 구하려고 하는데, 주변에서는 다 에이전시 통해서 구했다길래 저도 그래야 하나 싶다가도 지인 소개로 직접 구했다는 얘기도 들어서 뭐가 맞는지 모르겠습니다.
