A company that doesn't pay overtime — is this common?
I've been in Dubai eight months working at a retail store, and the manager keeps making me work overtime while saying company policy means no overtime pay. I vaguely heard you can file with MOHRE, but I'm worried about the cost and the process so I haven't moved on it. Has anyone been through this?

야근수당 안 주는 회사, 이거 흔한가요
두바이 온 지 여덟 달 됐고 소매 매장에서 일하는데 매니저가 야근을 계속 시키면서 수당은 회사 방침이라 안 챙겨줍니다.
MOHRE에 신고하면 된다는 말은 얼핏 들었는데 비용이나 절차가 걱정돼서 못 움직이고 있어요.
