Does the loan limit really drop this much on a second home?
Besides the place I live in, I'm looking at another one as an investment, and I heard the loan terms change sharply from the second home onwards. I'm curious how much more down payment I'd actually need to have ready.

두 번째 집 살 때 대출 한도 이렇게 낮아지는거 맞나요
안녕하세요. 현재 살고 있는 집 외에 투자 목적으로 두 번째 집을 알아보고 있습니다. 사진처럼 이렇게 고즈넉한 곳에서 여유롭게 지낼 날을 꿈꾸고 있어요. 에메랄드빛 연못과 그 위에 비치는 하얀 건물, 푸른 나무들이 참 평화로워 보이죠.
그런데 두 번째 집부터는 대출 조건이 많이 달라진다는 말을 들었습니다. 실제로 다운페이먼트를 얼마나 더 준비해야 하는지 궁금합니다. 경험자분들 조언 부탁드려요.
