Why is the medical test for a helper's visa so complicated?
I'm sponsoring a domestic helper and the visa medical test process is new to me, so I'm confused. Should it be done at a private hospital or a public one, and how much do the costs differ? I vaguely heard the public side is cheaper but I don't know for sure.

이번에 가사도우미 한 분 스폰서로 데려오려고 하는데 비자 신체검사 절차가 처음이라 헷갈립니다. 사설 병원이랑 공공 병원 중 어디서 받아야 하는지, 비용 차이도 궁금하고요. 어디서 얼핏 듣기로는 공공 쪽이 더 싸다고는 하던데 정확히는 모르겠어요.
