Anyone getting ready to buy their first home in Dubai??
Hello. I'm looking at settling in Dubai after retirement. I have to talk it over with my family next month and decide whether we're living there, and I keep hearing all sorts of things about buying a first home. I half-heard that there are good terms for first-time buyers. Has anyone actually gone through it? There's also a lot of talk about how deposits are handled in practice, so I'm curious whether there's a firm standard. Thanks in advance.

은퇴 후 두바이 정착을 검토 중입니다.
다음 달에 가족과 상의해서 거주 여부를 결정해야 하는데, 첫 주택 구매 관련해서 주변에서 이런저런 얘기가 들려서요.
최초 구매자한테 좋은 조건이 있다고 얼핏 들었는데 실제로 해보신 분들 계신가요?
보증금을 둘러싼 관행도 말이 많던데, 정확한 기준이 있는지도 궁금합니다.
