I thought you just enrolled your kid and that was it..
Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to settle in Dubai and school is the thing worrying me most T_T
My kid is in the upper grades of elementary school in Korea, and apparently the year level and the enrollment timing don't line up. I thought we could just go around summer and enroll, but apparently not...
And they say if you miss the window you lose a whole term — is that for real? For those who brought kids over, how did you handle it?

얘들아 나 두바이 정착 준비 중인데 학교가 제일 걸림 ㅠㅠㅠ
애가 한국에서 초등 고학년인데 학년이랑 입학 시기가 안 맞는다고 하더라구 그냥 여름쯤 가서 보내면 되는 줄 알았는데 그것도 아니라며...
막상 시기 놓치면 한 학기 버린다는데 진짜야? 아이 데리고 오신 분들 어케 하셨어?
