Two places gave me ILOE info 30% apart, wow
I'm in my third year as a corporate expat posting in Dubai. My family is here with me. I wanted to check the ILOE (unemployment insurance) claim conditions ahead of leaving my job, so I got information from two places, and their explanations of the contribution period and the claim timing contradict each other, so I can't make sense of it. One says I'm eligible now and the other says I'm not... and the quotes differ quite a bit too. If anyone has actually been through it, could you share the conditions?

가족이랑 같이 있고요.
이번에 퇴직 후 ILOE(실업보험) 청구 조건을 미리 확인해두려고 두 곳에서 안내를 받았는데, 가입 기간이랑 청구 시점 설명이 서로 달라서 정리가 안 됩니다.
한 곳은 지금도 가능하다고 하고 다른 곳은 아니라고 해서...
견적도 차이가 꽤 나네요.
실제로 해보신 분 계시면 조건 좀 나눠주실 수 있을까요?
