Moving with two elementary-school kids — is a professional license possible?
I ran my own small office in Korea and I'm considering settling in Dubai. I have two kids in elementary school so schools are my top priority. I looked into mainland professional licenses, but the system is so different from registering in Korea that I can't even compare. I'd like to know the procedure for going in as an individual professional rather than setting up a company, and roughly what costs I should budget for. Advice from anyone already living there would be appreciated.

두바이 밤 풍경을 찍어 봤는데, 저 멀리 도시 불빛과 건설 중인 크레인들이 인상 깊었습니다. 초등 자녀가 둘이라 아이들 학교가 가장 중요한데, 본토 전문직 라이선스를 알아보니 한국 등록 체계와 너무 달라서 비교하기가 어렵네요.
