Is the waiting period for rejoining national health insurance as a regional subscriber real?
I'm planning to go back and forth between Dubai and Korea, and I heard that if I want to rejoin Korea's national health insurance as a regional subscriber while I'm back there, there's a waiting period. I have no idea under exactly what conditions that applies, so I'm asking.

건강보험 지역가입자 재가입 대기기간 진짜인가요
두바이랑 한국을 왔다갔다 하면서 지내려고 하는데 중간에 한국 들어갔을 때 건강보험 지역가입자로 다시 가입하려면 대기기간이 있다는 얘기를 들었습니다.
정확히 어떤 조건일때 그런지 감이 안 잡혀서 여쭤봅니다.
