Anyone used the Dubai first-home purchase programme??
I'm looking at buying my first home in Dubai and location is a big issue because of the kids' schools. I vaguely heard from people around me that first-time buyers get perks like priority allocation or discounts. But I got quotes from two places and the terms were completely different. If anyone has actually applied for or used this programme, please share how it went.

두바이 첫 집 구매 프로그램 이용해보신 분들??
두바이에서 첫 집을 알아보는 중인데, 아이들 학교 때문에 위치 고민이 큽니다. 처음 집을 사는 사람에게 우선 분양이나 할인 같은 혜택이 있다는 이야기는 들었거든요.
집 알아보러 다니면서 찍어봤는데, 사진처럼 길가 공사 현장과 멀리 건물들이 보이네요. 길 옆 가림막 앞에 빗자루를 든 안전 조끼 입은 분도 있습니다.
그런데 이 프로그램 견적을 두 곳에서 받았는데 조건이 너무 달라서 혼란스러워요. 혹시 이용해보신 분들 계시면, 어떤 식으로 진행됐는지 경험 공유 부탁드립니다.
