Renewal coming up — what's the neighborhood like these days?
I've lived here a while and I'm torn between renewing and moving. My spouse is against moving because the current neighborhood is convenient, so I'm not confident either. For those of you actually living there, what's the neighborhood like? Even a short answer would be appreciated.
