Anyone renewing a lease around the Marina??
My child lives around Dubai Marina, and what we were told when signing last year seems a bit different from now. For those of you on the ground, what's the mood these days? Are a lot of people renewing or moving, and how is finding a place? Hope it's okay to ask.
