First time using taxis and a Nol card here — which is cheaper?
I still haven't settled on how to commute, and I can't work out whether taking taxis often is better or getting a public transport card. I moved here recently so I don't know the process for getting a card either, and I vaguely heard the fares change with fuel prices, but I'm not sure.

여기 택시 요금이랑 놀카드 처음 쓰는데 뭐가 더 저렴해요
출퇴근 교통수단을 아직 못 정했는데 택시를 자주 타는 게 나을지 대중교통 카드를 만드는 게 나을지 계산이 잘 안 됩니다.
이사 온 지 얼마 안 돼서 카드 만드는 절차도 모르고, 어디서 얼핏 듣기로는 유가에 따라 요금이 바뀐다고는 하던데 정확히는 모르겠어요.
