Company car allowance vs personal lease, how is it these days?
Hello. I'm an office worker in my 30s looking at a new job.
The new offer has two options on the car side. Option A is a company-owned lease vehicle with the company covering insurance and maintenance; Option B is that if I buy a car or take out a personal lease myself, they cover part of a fixed monthly amount.
When I searched on similar terms last year there were a lot of posts saying the company lease is better, no question, but things seem to have shifted a bit recently.
I'll be living in Dubai, my main driving will be commuting, and I'd probably only get around a bit on weekends. I haven't settled in yet so I have no feel for what to judge it on. Experiences welcome.

회사 차량 지원 vs 개인 리스, 요즘 어떤가요
안녕하세요. 이직 검토 중인 30대 직장인입니다.
새 오퍼에 차량 관련해서 두 가지 선택지가 있는데, A안은 회사 명의 리스 차량을 주고 보험·정비를 회사가 부담하는 방식이고, B안은 제가 차를 구하거나 개인 리스를 하면 월 고정 금액을 일부 지원해주는 방식입니다.
작년에 비슷한 조건으로 검색해봤을 때는 회사 리스가 무조건 낫다는 글이 많았는데, 최근에는 상황이 좀 달라진 것 같아서요.
두바이 거주 예정이고 출퇴근이 주 이동이고 주말에만 조금 돌아다닐 것 같습니다. 아직 정착 전이라 어떤 기준으로 봐야 할지 감이 안 잡혀서 경험담 부탁드립니다.
