Lease renewal coming up — is the mood different now than last year?
I'm gradually adjusting to living in Dubai. When I first signed last year I didn't know much and got caught off guard, so I'm being careful with this year's renewal. I'm curious whether the rental market mood or the usual practices have changed much since last year. Even a small story or tip would help.
