What do you all check when renewing a Dubai apartment lease?
Hi! My Dubai apartment lease renewal is coming up, so I wanted to ask. It's my first renewal and I have no idea what I'm supposed to sort out.
I took a photo of the fruit I had at home — pineapple, bananas, green grapes and so on.
I've heard the landlord can suddenly change the terms or put the rent up, and I'd like to know about that beforehand. What do you usually check when you renew a lease, and is there anything I should watch out for? Any advice appreciated!
