Can you run a small business there without a local partner?
I've been looking into moving to Dubai / staying there long term lately. My situation is closest to 'there's a chance I get posted to an overseas branch'. Can you run a small business there without a local partner? Especially if there's something first-timers tend to miss, please tell me. Practical talk about costs or contracts is welcome too.
